Parametric has several Associate level roles within Client Service Solutions in multiple locations. These Associates partake in the Class Hires Program that begins on July 18th, 2022. The Associate Class Hire Program provides individuals with opportunities to work with operations, client service, portfolio managers and sales professionals while building your professional network. Technical and professional skills are developed in a dynamic work environment, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and gain visibility. The program hires into Client Onboarding, Oversight and Activities. (Applicants must have degree by start date.) The job is not remote and will be located in the office advertised. Parametric follows a hybrid work schedule. Note: This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively utilize internal systems to respond to queries and understand how client requests are processed
- Ensure timely execution of all requests and daily tasks
- Work closely with Client Service and Sales to ensure all necessary information is gathered from the client in order to complete tasks
- Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
- Analyze business inefficiencies and propose solutions to your Supervisor
- Work to establish team-oriented atmosphere and help push peers to succeed
Job Requirements:
- Graduating seniors earning a Bachelor’s (4yr) degree w/ concentration in Finance, Economics or related area of study.( MUST have a degree by start date.)
- Strong interest in starting a career in the investment management industry
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional tact with excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
