2022 Human Resources Off-cycle Internship (Budapest)
During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into the HR function of a top financial Firm. You will be placed in the Compensation team and can work in a flexible work arrangement, 20/30/40 hours per week.

• Create year end analyses and reports
• Assist with data auditing activities to ensure that quality information is provided
• Collaborate with global compensation team, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
• Support the rewards project team to further enhance the global compensation management system
• Aid in creating system documentation and materials facilitating the training session coordination
• Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team-player attitude
• The ease of interacting with team members virtually
