2022 Technology Full Time Analyst Program (Montreal)

New grad hires, referred to as Technology Analysts begin by attending a training program in Montreal and New York in February or August of each year. This is a 15-week global training program, paid for by Morgan Stanley, which includes an orientation to the firm, intensive technology training and an introduction to proprietary technologies, culminating in a four-week group project. Throughout the program, Analysts will have the opportunity to build a strong global peer network as they attend the program with other analysts from New York, Budapest, Tokyo and London. The comprehensive skills acquired during the program fully prepare analysts for their full-time role and a long-term career.
