Marketing Group Description: The Marketing group supports the global sales and distribution effort of IM with a focus on several strategic priorities including, increasing awareness of the Morgan Stanly Investment Management brand, deepening of client relationships, leveraging digital marketing, and developing marketing and sales collateral. The Marketing group consists of several global teams that work together in a collaborative effort to achieve these priorities. These groups include:
Investment Strategies & Solutions Marketing
• Teams supporting both the traditional and alternative products provide both the strategic leadership and tactical development of product specific marketing materials. This includes thought leadership pieces as well as other marketing collateral and support product launches.
Regional Client Segment Coverage
• Channel marketing focusing on specific client segments such as institutional investors or retail distributors and manages marketing campaigns and events targeted to those audiences.
Business Development Services (BDS)
• BDS responds to request for proposals and due diligence questionnaires from prospective and current clients, providing project management, and drafting of content for these documents.
Brand Management
• The team manages the visual identity for IM as well as having oversight for the design of marketing materials
Digital Marketing
• The digital team manages the internal and external websites for IM and our email platform.
Role Description: The Marketing team is looking for a Summer Analyst to:
• Understanding IM’s business and specific channel needs to most effectively respond to requests
• Work on a variety of projects across the different marketing teams. Projects may include:
• Metrics management
• Product competitive analysis
• Website implementation
• Updating of marketing materials
• Drafting language for marketing materials, proposals
• Updating stock language in databases
• Understanding IM’s business and specific channel needs to most effectively respond to requests
• Work on a variety of projects across the different marketing teams.
