Our HR Compensation team is seeking an analytically minded student or graduate for a 12 month placement to focus on providing specialist technical expertise, advice and support to a variety of crucial regional and global compensation processes. The placement will provide invaluable industry experience working alongside experienced colleagues, and receiving regular mentoring and coaching.
We’re looking for people who are:
•Highly numerate with a logical and analytical mindset
•Able to communicate complex ideas effectively to key stakeholders
•Thorough attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
•Team player and able to work under pressure
•Enjoys a high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic environment particularly during cyclical mid-year and year-end compensation rounds
•Poised and self-confident
•Preferably familiar with Microsoft Excel and Access
•Preferably studying a degree related to Business, Economics or Maths
Candidates must be studying towards Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree with a 12 month placement option.
