2023 Wealth Management Off-cycle Internship (Budapest)
During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into Wealth Management’s strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets at a top financial Firm. You will be part of the Wealth Management Knowledge Management team, working closely with the New York office. You can work in a flexible work arrangement, 20-40 hours per week.
You will:
- Assist with improving content quality of an internal Knowledge Management platform used by US-based financial advisors and support professionals
- Partner with and support team leaders in driving the adoption of content standards and tools across the internal content generation and end-user communities
- Review data and make editorial recommendations about content
- Educate content owners/authors on insight-based Content Management practices
- Respond to requests for assistance from content owners/authors and to feedback from end users
- Help develop business requirements that drive the strategic improvement of Content Management and reporting applications
- Assist with data collection and analysis of tool usage to identify causes and solutions for internal content issues
- Identify Author and Stakeholder needs, scope and manage new content areas to meet the needs of end users
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting for governance and content performance
You have:
- Superior English language knowledge, written and spoken
- Proven ability to analyze data for insights to make strategic business decisions
- Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
You might also have:
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Website and content management experience
- Search engine experience
- Intermediate to high-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Jira or Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
