We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients’ core holdings. Intern roles at Parametric will be part of our hybrid working model – this includes working in the office 2 to 3 days a week and choosing where one works best the remaining days of the week. Eligible applicants must be able to work in assigned office. 100% remote is NOT available. Office Location: Minneapolis Salary set at $25 per hour. Position is not eligible for benefits

The Documentation Team Intern is responsible for a variety of duties relating to client onboarding, documentation, and database management. This role will provide support to the Documentation Team. |
Primary Responsibilities |
– Administrative duties, including scanning, uploading and organizing documents on an internal database. – Monitoring open tasks and assisting in the resolution thereof. – Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including documentation preparation and editing. – Reviewing and summarizing legal documents with tracking of content and key terms. – Completion of tasks and special projects as needed relating to a variety of internal projects and/or client initiatives. – Assist in developing/enhancing written procedures for department responsibilities. – Draft documents, including updating document templates and client specific documentation. – Liaison with other departments on open tasks and projects |
Job Requirements – Student progressing towards a degree in legal studies. – Minimum two years of under-graduate work completed. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. – Ability to work well with others. – Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. – Proficiency with personal computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. – Effective interpersonal and communication skills. – Interest in the financial industry (preferred) |
