Legal and Compliance

The Mexico Compliance team is a best-in-class group, responsible for ensuring Morgan Stanley Casa de Bolsa adherence to the regulatory requirements applicable to its operations in protection of the best interests of its clients and the markets. Conduct and Ethics, ABC, Surveillance, AML/GFC, Sanctions, Information Barriers, G&E, Personal dealing, Swap Dealer Dodd Frank Act, Regulatory Affairs, among others are our areas of coverage and expertise.  Join the team and get seasoned in high demand activities and skills.  

 

Main Responsabilities:

The Compliance Trainee reports directly to a Compliance Director and is committed to support the team activities. The trainee will be involved in OFAC – Sanctions screening activities, initiatives, Regulatory Change management support, reporting, training activities, among others.

 

Qualifications, Experience, Other Skills:

  • Legal or finance and administration background is highly preferred;
  • Candidate must have 2 to 1 years of remaining college studies before graduating;
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is required;
  • Motivated, fast learner and ethical individuals.
