This is an internship opportunity in our Bank Resource Management team within the Sales & Trading department based at our Paris office. The internship will be 6 months in duration starting in November 2017.

The Off-Cycle Internship Role in Bank Resource Management

For our Bank Resource Management team in Paris, we are looking for a student having successfully achieved a Bachelor or Master degree who would like to join our team with the following main responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
Answering locates from clients
Sourcing stocks for trading
Booking trades in FTS and STIX
Monitoring returns and recalls
Putting in place a reporting for BRM with all the value added by Paris for the BRM business
Follow up clients on boarding with Budapest and legal
Running some analysis on the business to make sure we put our energy on the most profitable tasks
Answering the phone/Bloombergs
Skills Requirements
Strong quantitative and presentations skills
Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
Committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards
Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and summarise effectively
Sound in both verbal and written communication
Fluent in English and French
