Job description

Main Responsibilities

Support on the operational tasks for LATAM HR Coverage on both cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes.
Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities with HR Business Partner team across the region.
Conduct monthly regulatory and internal reports.
Support on and off boarding processes.
Ongoing review of human resources procedures.
Management of internal recruitment and personnel management systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.).
Support on coordination of events across the region.
Support on Learning & Development initiatives.
Support on D&I and Wellness activities.

Skills

Excellent level of spoken and written English
Education level: 5-7th semester Bachelor’s degree
Must be a team player who enjoys a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while dealing with a high volume of workflow
Microsoft Office Programs - Power BI is a plus.
