2026 ISG & MSIM Spring Insight Programme (Frankfurt)

Placement and Duration

Morgan Stanley’s ISG & MSIM Spring Insight programme offers students in their early stages of university to explore the revenue divisions across the Firm. We will take you on an interactive journey through Morgan Stanley, introducing you to the world of Banking and enabling you to experience our culture, day-to-day roles and future internship placement opportunities. As part of this experience, you will engage with Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Sales & Trading and Investment Management.

Our Spring Insight programme will take place on 23rd – 26th March in person in our Frankfurt office.

Training Program

During the Spring Insight programme you will spend the four days with all participating divisions in Firmwide culture sessions, divisional overviews and interactive networking opportunities. At the end of the week, you will be asked to choose your preferred division and will be offered the opportunity to enter a fast-track process to secure an internship in your desired division within our Frankfurt office.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You will be graduating in 2027; eligible students will be in their second year of a 3 year degree or their third year of a 4 year degree
  • You have a strong desire to explore a career in the investment banking industry and have an interest in financial markets
  • Fluency in English and in German

Application Process

Applications are to be submitted via the link below by 26 October 2025 with a CV and Cover Letter. As part of your application, you will be prompted to select your preference from the following list of divisions, however this does not ultimately determine a specific group placement:

  • Investment Banking
  • Global Capital Markets
  • Sales & Trading
  • Investment Management

Please note, participation in the Frankfurt Spring Insight programme is designed to offer fast-track opportunities to the Frankfurt office only.

Application Deadline

Please note that applications for this programme will be reviewed after the deadline on 26 October 2025. Your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team and if successful, you will be invited to complete interviews with your chosen divisional business unit after this date.
