About Human Resources Team
Morgan Stanley Human Resources division provides advice and insight to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. Our HR professionals partner with each of the Firm's businesses to provide a full range of services including: human capital planning; creating strategies to attract, develop and reward employees; promoting a diverse workforce; fostering employee engagement; designing competitive pay and benefit plans; and proactively addressing employee matters.
Human Resources Internship Program
As a Human Resources intern you will spend your summer working on key HR projects and initiatives across the Firm and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes existing in a leading global investment bank. You will own and drive projects like: organizing a cross functional career marketing event, develop a guide for new deployment managers for India Global Center, standardize HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India entities. Work assignments will be exciting, challenging and with a steep learning curve.
The projects are presented to senior management, alongside getting firsthand experience of working on a project from inception to delivery.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
· MBA candidates graduating in Spring 2023 with major in Human Resources.
· Candidates should be available from April to June 2022.
· Display strong initiative, thinking and problem solving.
· Strong verbal and written communication.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of basic HR functions.
The internship will be based out in Mumbai/Bengaluru, India
