2017 Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship - Real Estate Banking (Paris)
This is an internship opportunity in our Paris office within the Investment Bankling divsion and will be focused on the Real Estate industry. The internship will commence in July 2017 for 6 months.
Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions department applies its extensive experience to advise our clients on their most challenging short-term and long-term strategic issues. The M&A team structures and executes innovative and customized solutions to meet our clients’ objectives, and excels in domestic and international transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, spin-offs, exchange offers, leveraged buyouts, and takeover defences, as well as shareholder relations.
Interns will have the opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills they will need to succeed. Responsibilities will cover a broad range of tasks, including valuation and financial analysis, preparation of presentation materials, business development, transaction execution and client interaction. The firm’s organizational structure offers opportunities for collaboration with more experienced colleagues and interaction with senior professionals in both Paris and London.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
To apply for the Investment Banking internship in Paris, you need to be fluent in French and English and have a strong academic background (Tier 1 Business/ Engineering Grande Ecole, 2nd or 3rd year).

Morgan Stanley encourages diversity of background and puts a strong focus on training, hence previous experience in finance is not a prerequisite.
