2017 Fixed Income Off Cycle Internship - Credit Sales - Paris
This is an internship opportunity in our Fixed Income Division within the Sales & Trading department based at our Paris office. The internship will be 6 months in duration starting in June 2017. Please note your availability for the internship in your cover letter.

The Fixed Income division deals in incredibly diverse products, including interest rate and currency products, credit products, derivatives and commodities.
The internship will be within the Paris Credit Sales team. The team is responsible for the Credit Flow Business across France. As an intern you will assist the team with client relationships and be tasked with specific projects as well as day-to-day responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
Providing regular market updates,
Working on research and economic publications
Assisting the team with their trades.
Assist in the preparation of pitch-books to present trade and product ideas
Skills Requirements
Strong interest in the financial industry and fixed income markets, knowledge of credit and securitized products is beneficial
Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data
Results-driven, able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
Committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards
Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and summarise effectively
Ability to deliver presentations confidently
Sound in both verbal and written communication
Microsoft Office literate including Excel &PowerPoint
Knowledge of credit and securitized products is a plus, though not required
Strong quantitative and presentations skills
You have an excellent academic background and fluent in both English and French
