2023 Quantitative Finance Diverse Graduate Mentorship Program

Our Graduate Mentorship Program is designed to help diverse advanced degree students gain a better understanding of the financial services industry and how your degree could apply to a career within Quantitative Finance.
Selected candidates will be paired with a mentor within the Morgan Stanley Quantitative Finance division during the summer and will then be invited to attend programming in the fall. Event sessions will include speed networking, job shadowing, mock interviews, and/or programming tutorials! Selected mentees will also have the opportunity to interview for a 2024 Summer Associate role with the Firm. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity for mentorship and networking!
- Applicants must be pursuing an advanced degree (Masters and/or PhD) in a field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or related Quantitative field
- You identify as a Black and/or Hispanic student graduating in December 2024 or later
