Parametric - Platform Implementation Internship 2023 - Seattle or Minneapolis

Intern roles at Parametric will be part of our hybrid working model – this includes working in the office 2 to 3 days a week and choosing where one works best the remaining days of the week. Eligible applicants must be able to work in assigned office. 100% remote is NOT available.
Locations: Seattle or Minneapolis preferred Salary rate is set at $25 per hour . Position is not eligible for benefits. Apply by March 31, 2023.
General Description |
This internship position provides ongoing support to the Platform Implementation Team. Assists in performing routine operational and administrative activities including platform maintenance, coordination of Platform Implementation communications, and preparation of training and resources materials. The candidate should be a dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented, and confident individual who is interested in the financial industry and seeks to learn about platform management, how these tools intersect with sales and distribution workflows, as well as the inner workings of CRM and cloud-based technologies. The candidate should have the ability to solve problems and build relationships internally. |
Primary Responsibilities |

– Performs system maintenance across platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Seismic and Workfront) with a primary focus on ensuring the org is adhering to administration best practices as well as performing tasks meant to improve the end user experience. – Support Platform Implementation team members in the execution and launch of key projects. Includes providing internal reporting/stats/last meeting notes etc. as requested. – Assist in managing the team’s case queue tickets as well as completing recurring maintenance cases. – Assists in maintaining accurate procedures and day-to-day process documents that are distributed to the team for use. Creates new process documents as enhancements/projects come to fruition. – Participates in broader Platform Implementation projects as needed. |

Job Requirements – Strong attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills. – Experience working in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines. – Must possess a high level of initiative and have a demonstrated ability to work in a strong team environment. – Willingness to learn the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures, in addition to a functional knowledge of a professional services environment. |
