2026 Step In, Step Up – Women in STEM (Glasgow)

At Morgan Stanley, we strive to build an organisation that is diverse in experience and background, reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. One way we demonstrate this commitment is through our Step In, Step Up Programme which is an integral part of our recruiting efforts.    

The Step In, Step Up programme is an introductory event designed for S4-S6 pupils, students need to be 16 at the time of attending. The event will give an insight into the different technology programmes Morgan Stanley offers, as well as giving participants the opportunity to:

• Participate in interactive challenges led by our Technology Department
• Listen to panel sessions with the opportunity to ask questions
• Network with a wide variety of employees
• Gain an understating of the Morgan Stanley recruitment process

This event will be held on 17th & 18th February 2025

Applications close on 31st January 2025. Please note spaces get filled on a rolling basis so we encourage early applications.
