Role Requirements
• Manage institutional sales support and relationship management functions for the Spanish MSIM Sales
team.
• Key responsibilities include:
o developing prospect lists in conjunction with the Sales team
o researching cash‐rich targets
o cold calling
o assisting with account opening process
• Coordinate with product management to ensure relevant marketing collateral is produced and maintained
• Manage preparation requirements for client/prospect visits/due‐diligence meetings
• Manage and coordinate conference participation, bi‐weekly reporting, pipeline management
• Manage client communications for general marketing as well as event client specific events/communication
needs
• Work closely with Sales team to prepare business plans, sales objectives, forecasts, sales channel reporting,
and analyze financial P&L statements for the business
• Establish excellent communications across functional areas of the firm—including portfolio management,
marketing, legal, compliance, and client service teams—to ensure seamless execution of business requests
Skills Required
‐ Bachelor’s degree (with some content on Finance or economics)
‐ A results‐oriented individual who thrives on achievement and performance
‐ Works effectively and supports a team‐oriented approach
‐ Excellent communications skills (written and oral, including excellent telephone manner), interpersonal and
presentation skills.
‐ Ability to work under pressure and to manage time effectively
‐ Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet both internal and external demands
‐ Professional approach with attention to detail
‐ Ability to document sales activity through Sales Management reporting (CRM)
‐ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
‐ Some travel may be required
