Through engaging sessions with senior leaders, interactive workshops and a case study competition, you’ll discover the breadth of opportunities available and develop skills to shape your future career. Open to participants from all backgrounds, this event is designed to provide you with invaluable insights and kickstart your career.

Event Overview

During the event, you will participate in a group case study competition, designed to build and enhance your collaborative learning and strategic thinking skills. The competition topic and objectives will be introduced on Day 1, followed by an opportunity to connect with Morgan Stanley representatives for guidance and mentorship ahead of team presentations on Day 2. This is your opportunity to showcase your analytical and presentation skills, whilst learning more about the key competencies required for an exciting career in our Revenue Divisions.

Date: Thursday, March 19, 2026 – Friday, March 20, 2026

Time: 9:00 – 15:00 AEDT (Day 1) | 9:00 – 16:30 AEDT (Day 2)

Format: Hybrid (Morgan Stanley Sydney Office / Zoom)

Who is this for?

University students who are:

  • Interested in exploring different career paths within the financial services industry
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating between November 2027 and February 2028
  • An Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident at the time of application
