Placement and Duration
The Corporate Services Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program that begins in June. Placement varies in accordance with business needs and is aligned to the skills and interests of the participant. The 8 functional teams within Corporate Services have been clustered into 3 groups and placement will fall into these clusters.
• RE & Location Strategy, Portfolio Transactions, Property Management: Roles include location metrics & data analytics, compliance & audit, real estate transactions admin, design architecture, amenities service management, facilities management
• Office of the COO, Regional Client Services: Roles include project/program management, financial analysis, client management, technology & systems management, strategy development
• Corporate Information Management, Security & Travel: Roles include research & industry analysis, report writing, due diligence investigations, tools & database updates
Training Program
The Summer Analyst Program includes a first day Firmwide Orientation, followed by one-to-two days of business-unit specific training. The Program also includes senior management speaker seminars, on-the-job training, mentorship opportunities, community service, and social and networking events.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:
• Support CS professionals in driving operational excellence by delivering strategic and measurable outcomes enabling productivity and effectiveness for the firm
• Research information, labor market trends and data for specific locations
• Redesign or build databases, SharePoint or websites housing various research or information
• Review program analytics or services to identify improvement opportunities and enhancements
• Perform due diligence review and follow-ups
• Help review, edit strategy materials and create presentations
• Develop or update program documentations and reports
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
• Current junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Track record of academic excellence
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and synthesize a variety of data to produce well-designed and meaningful summaries and reports
• Adept at solving problems and developing efficient processes
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
