2018 Early Insights Programs
At Morgan Stanley, we know that the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths. We strive to build an organization that is diverse in experience and background, reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. The Early Insights Programs are an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts.
These programs allow freshmen and sophomores to become familiar with opportunities across the Firm, our businesses, and culture. Participants are invited to Morgan Stanley Headquarters (all expenses paid) to network with employees representing various divisions, gain insight into our businesses through a variety of workshops, and participate in the first stage of the Summer Analyst recruiting process. Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled as a freshman or sophomore in a four year accredited institution.
While completing your application, you will be asked to select up to three of the following Early Insights Programs for which you would like to be considered, based on your eligibility:
- Black, Hispanic, and Native American: Thursday, April 5 – Friday, April 6
- LGBT: Friday, April 6
- Women: Thursday, April 12 – Friday, April 13
- Veterans: Friday, April 13
Candidates must upload their resume with current GPA. After submitting your application you will be asked to complete an additional video component via HireVue. You will receive an additional e-mail with information on how to complete this step within 72 hours of submitting your application. We encourage you to account for this step in your application timeline.
